It does not mean older if that's what you are thinking.
It means "Judged over a period of time to be of the highest quality and outstanding of its kind."

COD4 maybe, but not W@W and Black Ops... especially when there already is a COD named COD Classic...

When COD4 is under 3 years old, and COD W@W under 2 I don't think they deserve Classic just yet.
