.... Stop posting this everywhere, thats only part true. Otherwise, why would they even include a founder code with the hardened edition if it would be guarenteed not to work for everybody? Lawyer-ed!

The founder code will not work for those who already have founder status. If you redeemed your code on the back of the book, or if you purchased it somewhere else and redeemed it by the date December 13 2011, you will already be a founder, and this code will not work for you.

If you have redeemed your code on the back of the book, or purchased it somewhere else and redeemed if AFTER December 13th, you will NOT already have founder status, and this code will work just fine for you.

I don't want to argue, if thats what you say then okay, but from what I've seen across multiple forums, ebay, and even trades here, people seem to have no problem selling their founder code which comes with the hardened edition.
I don't think that the code on the founder book is for elite premium and founder, it says that nowhere and when you redeem it on PSN (and XBL I'm guessing) it simply is a code to gain a one year subscription to elite. Everyone who did that before the 13th originally was to gain founder status, as outlined by previous information. This deadline was extended to the 13th this month to compensate for the server issues that Elite had.
Other people who have contacted customer service have confirmed that the code is for people who buy the hardened edition at a later date, say christmas, and still be able to gain founder status which was meant to come with it. That is also what I understand. Due to this it is possible to give the code to a friend, or sell it, for them to gain founder status.
As I said in the other thread, I have found absolutely nowhere else which says the same as you, and although I don't care if I'm wrong (was just making a quick buck to buy some more double exp without wasting too much of my own money on a virtual item), I just want to get to the bottom of this.
On the official COD forums many people seem to confirm the code on the card is simply to gain founder after the cutoff date, a thread I found such as this one: You must login or register to view this content.

I don't want to get into an argument, I just want to get to the bottom of this. If you seem to have a major problem with selling a code here, there seem to be many other forums which have absolutely no arguments about it, I always choose NGU first because the community is generally better and more trustworthy than a majority of other forums.
