I thought you could only do reset stats at 10th prestige?

You can only do it at 10th prestige thats what hes asking, for someone to boost him to 10th reset then boost him back up to 5th 80th, to remove his negative prestige tokens so he wont get banned.... like me

i forgot to mention im 9th Prestige :p /facepalm
