A small update: I do not have a magic program for prestige tokens. What i do is simple if you haven't prestiged in cod4-mw2 then i will get you to a desired prestige. By this you will recive all unlocks , also i don't work for IW so by this it means i am unsure if you still get prestige tokens this method or how long it takes to update your card.
