He's only accused not convicted.

Innocent until proven guilty. I hate how people automatically assume the worse of you, after seeing that "Accused Scammer" title. But I can understand that aswell. So maybe post a link to your referral page, to earn some trust. Maybe also get this verified by a Mod, and offer to go first when someone is buying from you. Those are some tips to earn trust until your verdict.
