What's his forum profile link? I recognize the name, don't see him around much I assume though.

Yeah, that guy's had another client dispute against him: You must login or register to view this content. Never heard of him till I read these disputes, lol. All I can say is try reading up on different services next time. I would say that this should be posted in Community Alerts, but it's gotten much more attention out here, instead. Just a little tip per se, there are LOADS of recovery services around this site, so before settling with one, check to make sure they have vouches, that they're in good standing with the community -- not too many groans on their thread, and proof of their capabilties. Another thing, but this is just me, I would never trust a person below 1000 rep on any of my accounts. Looking through his vouches, I see they're all the same copied and paste vouches in each of his thread. None concern that specific thread, and since they're YouTube comments and not actual response on NGU, it's pretty easy to fool people, as he can just sign up those YouTube accounts or have someone do it for him. I dunno, his prices aren't listed on NGU, but on his website. That's pretty fishy to me. Just try to go with someone above 1000 rep, maybe 2000 rep at that, because it's a sign that they're more likely to be trusted. I cannot recommend any recovery services, but people like FinalFantasyXIV and d0lby1 are verified, hence they are trusted by both staff and users.

Many of the times, services will have a rating next to their title. If it's below 4 stars or has no rating, just try to avoid it. Alas, another scammer is banned from the site, but hopefully you can do like Rev said and get PayPal to help get your money back. Thanks for the announcement, and best of luck Cyber.
