I don't think you get one but if you do, it might just come with a 30 day trial. You can always get a 14 day trial for free in the P.S store.

When you buy a PS4 it comes with a free 30 day PSN+ Trial, 30 day Music unlimited trial, and a $10 PSN. You will need to get PSN+ if you want to play some online games such as Battlefield 4, or Call of Duty on the PS4 however some online games do not need psn+ such as Blacklight Retribution or Warframe. PSN+ Carries over if you have a PS3 or a PSP vita as well as long it's the same account so if you have any of those system it's an addition plus you get free games every month. Also like Joelrca said you can get a 14 day trial online the PSN store.
