If there downloaded from your account and it's not the primary account on that ps4 then only that account can play the games.

If the account with the games is not on the Primary PS4 then you require signing in before you can play.

When me and my friend gameshared. Sometimes i needed to log out and log back in before the padlock symbol was gone.
