2. I sometimes can't even join parties cause it just keeps loading
3. I can't see what people send me cause it doesn't show up


Any solution for these problems?

If you get a message and it won't pop up for a while, it's because you went to a game before closing out your messages You have to back out of messages before going back into a game and your messages will pop up as normal. Figured this out a month after getting my ps4.
