I have recently broke one of my controllers. and the triggers on the L2 Side tend not to work so i had to to take it apart and pretty much it was not working unless i had to press really hard on it. so i took the l2 apart and i lost the Spring for it. never the less i knew it could work without the spring but unfortunately the white rubber was kinda ripped off when i compared it to the r2 one. now i need to know what the rubber thing is called and where can i get one online? here are some pictures

Best chance without a new controller is ebay. I bought the tiny springs to replace them in the L2 and L2 triggers. Cost me £2 for 2 springs.

Or buy a broken controller and take the parts.

I was able to get these parts! i bought 2 triggers with springs and also the white rubber are called "Conductive rubbers" and was able to buy 5 of them along with the springs from ebay for 9$! Pretty good deal

I would send it of to Sony to get a replacement. Got mine for free.
