So basically, this error happens when apparently Sony is going under-maintenance but i got this error when i was activating and deactivating my account so many time with my friend lol

so basically it locked me out of my account and i couldn't activate my account or verify my licenses. so i called up sony like any other noob... and couldn't find an answer. They told me, "oh just wait it out
*." THANKS SONY. but i couldn't wait it out i needed to play! "BATTLEFIELD HARDLINE" YA!!!!!! so i tried a few things like turning off and on my ps4. signing in and out... messing around with somethings, and then walla. I Just clicked...
SETTINGS
INITIALIZATION
RESTORE DEFAULT SETTING (Wont delete anything don't worry)
Then i just went threw the steps like normal and walla! works like a charm activated
HOPE THIS WORKED
