1. Whenever I'm playing game, I don't get any message notification all the time l! My internet is perfectly fine and I once sat in call of duty party waiting for a message reply , checked the home screen only to find I wasn't notified about the message which was sent to me more than 5 minutes ago

2. When a friend invite me to game, I press home button to join quickly
But when I chose to ignore it so I clicked "back (O button), it took me back to game
I pressed home button again to view my friends which didn't show l. Instead it shows the game invite my friend sent. I couldn't exit it.

There's more but I forgot. I will update once I remember.

Anyone else have similar issues?

And I don't want to restart ps4 because I have bunch of game capture gallery saved

I'm not having any problem with the new update. Check your settings, see if you got notifications are turned off or something. also you don't lose things from capture gallery when you fully turn off the system. I got a ton as well and only time my PS4 goes into rest mode is either when I'm doing a large game update n bout to go somewhere or do something or pass out watching netflix. Also may want to check your storage space, if you don't have much room available then that could be the problem as well.

I personally haven't had any issues, but a friend of mine has the same message issue. He was trying to message his girlfriend (woah. Girls on the interwebs) and she could get his messages, but he wasn't getting any of hers.
