My friend got banned from psn forever

The reason was : Violating term and services

What does it exactly means?

He violated one of the terms. Recently(20 days ago) I got banned for the same reason. But I didn't do anything wrong. Also theres nothing we can do about it. Only thing we can do now is move on.
