It currently isn't possible to play your digital PS3 games on your PS4. You'd have to rebuy them on Playstation Now or something. Sorry

I had call of duty ghost for digital on ps3 before ps4 came out!! It give me code for 10 dollars to buy digital copy of ghost on playstation 4 store to download software of ghost that I can able to play it on ps4 using the same disc of ps3 game (call of duty ghost) if that what you mean by "digital" lol hope you understand my English though....

Digital means from the store Smile

Activision decided to give the PS4 version to everyone that had the PS3 version for $10. A few other publishers have decided to do that but that was more of a thing when the new consoles came out.
