(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, so my probably is my TV isn't responsive to my PS4, I know for a fact that its not my PS4 that is causing this issue because this happens with my PS3 and other consoles that I own. Like for example, every time I turn the analog stick to the right, it takes a second or two to actually respond. Like it's not responsive at all. Every time when I am on call of duty, and when I try to turn and aim, it's all messed up and I can't keep a steady aim because its not responsive and it has a delay when I turn, This is so dam annoying and I need help. If someone had this problem before please help.

You would have to be more detailed on your situation such as what TV brand, model, Are you using a capture device to record or stream, have you tested out different output sources and the cables itself, Can your TV support the maximum resolution of 1080p, etc.
What your defining is called input lag or game lag and a quick fix to try is simply go to the source input and change the TV settings and turn on game mode which in turn turns off a lot of internal processing. from then if it does not work turn off post processing functions such as motion enhancers functions.
