Post: How The DLC and Store games and staff works on PS4 !!?

hey everyone i didn't switch to ps4 cuz of this i bought COD : AW US version and i bought camo pack from US account i have so on my US account i can use it but on my other accounts US/EU i cant use it it all i maked the US account primary on my ps4 and restored license i deleted the update and redownload the camo still i cant use it can someone till me how it works on ps4 ? i did search on the internet even Sony web site didn't give me a clear complete answer
i know this on ps3 that you have to:
ex: US game + US account so u can get the DLC from the US store = You will have the DLC and camos for all account as long the account you bought the DLC or camos is still on your console !!!

I think i have the same problem, i have a EU Main account and US account as for games. So i recently brought $100+ worth of Advanced supply drops on my US account whoever my EU is set on main and has the playstation + but the US dont have playstation +, so once i brought it i didnt get the supply drops, its been a week and still nothing whenever i click the Store via COD on the main menu it says error loading store.
Would be great if someone helped me out.
