Haxor!
So, I currently have a PS4 with a NL(EU) PSN account. With PS Plus.
Looking at PS4 prices in the ps store for things like black ops 3, it's 70EURO!
So I looked on the US store. $60.
If i was to create an US account to buy it. How would online play work. Do I need to add psplus to the USA account? Can I play on EU servers with my friends? Can I play the game signed in with my NL account so my trophies are all in the 1 account?

Please note that PS4 games do have a region lock. This is contrary to headline grabbing announcements from Sony . A game bought in the USA will not function with content from a playstation store from another region. I have a Call of Duty Ghost disc bought in the USA and a season pass bought from the UK PSN store will not work with it due to the regionalisation. An Assasins Creed IV disc bought in the USA will not allow multiplayer play at all in Europe. Please be very careful buying discs abroad. Sony are grimly hanging onto regionalisation despite what they announce.

Can one answer some of this but you only need 1 account on your PS4 with PS+ and all your other accounts have it too.

I'm not too sure but after watching a video it appears that Playstation Plus is shared within your console... about the region... I believe you may be able to change it... I'll look into this now and get back to you...
