1. EU Store and has playstation +
2. The other Two accounts are US Store & Do not have playstation +

So i had some Dollers and brought some advanced supply drops dor AW on the US account but i havent recived them.... In addition in the future if i want to download games will the same problem occure? Please let me know

You can't game share on the same console I believe... if your speaking about that you bought something and never got it then you can simply make sure that the transaction went through and if it did simply contact Sony and they can help you out... but you should have got it...
