If you do a character transfer, it will. Once you do it, you can't do it again on that account.

Yes they do carry over from PS3 to PS4... you will just simply need to do a character transfer...

Also since I bought gta and mine craft on my PS3 account will I be able to put that on my ps4 for free and is a character transfer easy?

Yes, you will. As long as they are synced in with Social Club and are on the same PSN Account. You can find out how to do a character transfer You must login or register to view this content.

Thanks Smile because I'm getting a PS4 for Christmas and I modded my account so I could have it for PS4 you really helped!!
