In order for you both to be able to use and play it you will have to set your ps4 as the primary ps4 for his account, restricting him to playing the content on His ps4 with only the account he purchased the game on. Otherwise, you both should be able to download it without issue, as long as you understand the difficulties in gamesharing on PS4
