I am error
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi NGU users, recently got my self a PS4 and I'm having a predicament to whether I should power off my PS4 when I'm not gonna use (Overnight, When i'm not home, etc.) or leave it on standby mode? A lot of people have been saying leave it on standby because that's the way it's supposed to be operating apparently but I have small traces of OCD, soo like , I don't feel 100% comfortable leaving it on with the console still running 24/7 ... anyone got any other good reasons, thanks ^.^

I just leave mine in standby, that way you can leave your controller charging and download games and what not. You can always power it off if you'd like, it don't really matter.

Standby when I'm downloading stuff, and off any other time.

The last PS3 models only had the option to be on standby when they weren't turned on, unless you unplugged the power cord, so I'm guessing they were designed to be left on standby. For that reason, I'm guessing they went with the same design choice for PS4, meaning it shouldn't be harmful to just leave on standby as well.
