You would have to either recover the password to the email address or the alternative would be to contact Sony and explain to them that you have forgotten the password for the email address and you would like to attach it to a new email address.

Although when and if you do contact Sony they will probably ask you a few verification questions to prove it is your account so you should have the name you used to create the account and if possible a rough date as to when it was not to mention the D.O.B that is on the account. They may also ask you for the PS3 serial number which is on the white sticker on the PS3 near the barcode you may be required to give them that as well but you should not have any problems as long as it is not a account you have used on a CFW and the PS3 is not on CFW.
