Most games allow transfer of stats, as Fwosty had said, and the new duplication glitch on PS4 works on all platforms.

It depends on what game. For example, Black Ops 3 does not allow Stat Transfer between platforms, but GTA 5 does. It just depends. On GTA 5, you can just do a Character Transfer via Social Club.

ooo yea sry i forgot this was a general ps4 question. i know gta v can but i was thinking of bo3 and yeah look in bo3 services section theres people selling for ps4 recovery. i wonder how if jb isnt possible

It's not Jailbroken as of yet... however, saying it will not is absurd since at one time people thought the PS3 will not be Jailbroken. But as of now it hasn't.
