i have read all speculations on the ps4 and modding it ive also read threads and forums..

and is it possible to get free games for the ps4 or ways to mod games on it without getting and sort of bans

There have been may threads which have posted this, the answer is simply no... an if a Jailbreak "should" it'll be all over the place. But that may be in the near future, your second question is also no.
