Well after i recived that error message i thought it was due to black ops 3 servers. so i waited another day, signed back in next day and got the same message.

so i ran a internet connection test on the ps4, and this is what i got

Ip adress: succeded
Iternett connection: succeded.
Playstation Netwrok: succeded
Nat type: Failed. i litterly searched every where on the internett to fix this restarted my router-modem, also reset it. tryed static ip and all that dmz stuff. but still no success, i also hooked it up to internet cabel but still nothing changed got the same error. so i thought i should wait it out. but its like going on for 3 weeks now. So please help me if you have any suggestion. also i apologise for my fucked up English haha

On the Playstation forum this has appeared to work for someone, try doing this:

"what i did to fix this error was to mannually enter my router settings into ps4, to get this information check either the bottom of your router or log onto a windows pc which is connected to that router. "
