depends what the repair was... if they didn't have to touch your hdd I don't see why they wouldn't still be there

More then likely, you'll get a refurbished PS4 and will have to download everything again.

Well my ps4 was turning on for 3 secs and turned of straight away (Blue light of death i believe its called) so i dont know if they had to touch the hdd (not very good with technicians and stuff xD)

I'm going have to agree with Alt on this one; odds are they are just going to send you a refurbish unit. When I sent mines in for repair about 2 years ago because it kept restarting by itself during game play they just resent me a refurbish unit when they got my ps4 unit. They told me it was my original unit and that the HDD been formatted and clean but obviously it wasn't because I crossed checked it with the Serial # on the box and it didn't match but either way I didn't care much because it worked. Hopefully you backed up your saves before you shipped it off.
