I have a jailbroken ps3..I've never been banned and i always play safe(never played ANY cod).My main psn though is 22 trophy level but not legit..Will i get banned on ps4 if i sync?Im about to spend 500$+ and i don't want to get console banned..But on the other side i don't want to lose my main account..Any help?Thanks in advance

If that account has been on a Jailbroken system then yeah it can get account banned... I doubt it would be a console ban. However, many people have transferred over to Next-Gen without any problems.
