(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm creating a new account for my PS4, so I was planning on going onto my DEX PS3 with the PSN, modding game trophies, and then using the PSN account on PS4. I know while modding trophies on PSN, you are always running a risk of getting the banhammer. But if I used the account only on my PS4 after modding, would Sony be able to detect my modding of the trophies? I'm not worried about a PSN account ban, if that happened, I wouldn't care at all. But a CID ban on my PS4 is what I'm worrying about. I'm only going to go to about level 5, so as to not look like such a noob on my profile Winky Winky. Level 5 shouldn't raise any suspicion at all, except for timestamps. But I'm assuming Sony can still detect the modding.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
Thanks. Smile

It would normally be an account ban, so you don't need to worry...

Always that chance but very unlikely. I have been playing PS4 on my account that I synced a few trophies to (level 24) and been playing GTAV with it(level 1717, bunch of money) and no problems. But just like Helping-Hand said if anything all it would be would be an account ban.

Yes, it is safe. I have modded plenty of Level 100 Trophies and GTA5 accounts from PS3 and transferred ot back to PS4. Only reason they might see something which I highly doubt is if you do something way extreme. Anything other than that, you're safe.

No you should not get banned. I modded thousands of trophies on my PSN account which I still use today on my PS4 and no bans from that. You should be fine.
