Post: Psn won't let me deactivate my account because I have done it recently, pleas help!

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been trying to deactivate my psn account for a month now and psn will not help me, I can't play certain games because of it and I need it as my primary badly, someone please help:(

Moved to PS4 Questions and Support. There is a limit of one time every 6 months. If you're lucky, PSN might do it for you, but you will most likely need to wait it out.

Kam just answered your question right there. If you deactivated it before, you will need to wait 6 months until you can deactivate once again. The only way to deactivate the account is if you tell the person to deactivate your account off of the console they have your account on. Either than that, you need to wait.

You get 6 months for both online deactivation and via call deactivation. If you haven't called PSN Support to get your account deactivated within the past 6 months, you can call them and they'll do it for you.
