I have one question about gamesharing on the playstation 4.

I want to share rocket leauge with a friend. But if i share the game. Is it possible to play both online at the same time and play together online.

I have also heard that you can be banned for this, is that true?

Well, it depends, if he activates your account on his PS4, he'll be able to play with you with any account on the same console he activated on, you can play with him as well, but you can only play with him if you're using the account you bought the game on, not via any account on your console :p
