Not really i have 2 of my banned accounts on my PS3 nothing happened had it for awhile

depends what within the TOS of sony you violated. account bans and Console bans are different. If your Console banned than you will not be able to use any PSN accounts on your PS4 while Accounts bans usually affects the account only does not affect your PS4 or other accounts.

it said my old hacking ps3 got console banned ( sold it before that happened lel) but i still had the account on my ps4 so i got spooked and deleted it and just went out and bought another ps plus

Dont worry, you will either be able to have the account but not play on it, and thats about it. You should be good.
