Yes and no .. You can get console banned and people have for getting free ps+ , but not for gta accounts , they don't even ban you on PS3 for that lol

Yes they do ban you for that lol i got console banned when i modded gta 5 once and i only played gta nothing else... on PS4 you account can get banned theres a 50/50 chance but I'm not sure on PS3 same shit.

Console bans which usually involves your PS4's CID or PSN account can occur like the PS3. However GTA 5 accounts will not lead to a PS4 Console ban but your PS4's CID may be banned from the Rockstar Games servers.

You can get banned from a PS4, it just depends on what you do. Most of the time, to get banned you must've done something REALLY BAD. I mean transferring modded accounts from PS3 > PS4 is nothing.
