Today I joined an lobby on GTA V for Playstation 4.
I was with my friends, and I see a player named: monkey_killer_x
He was able to teleport to everywhere. How is that possible? Can you tell me?

how often was he teleporting, he could be insanely laggy. or might be doing a teleporting glitch with blue circle missions

This can be done by starting a job that is far away and leaving the job.
Something rockstar hasn't fixed yet.
