Call your internet provider and get a higher package.

Personally I would recommend going wired (Ethernet) as the PS4's wireless card as garbage. If you're like me, and a fair distance away from your router, I would recommend a wireless booster. I've got a set, you plug them into wall sockets. One at the router, one beside your PlayStation. Then, plug an Ethernet cable from your PS4 into the wireless adapter. Then another from the router to the wireless adapter beside it. Thus, simulating a wired connection. It boosted my speeds incredibly.

my ps4 used to run on wireless with 25 mbps and when i used wired it would go to over 50 mbps wired is the way to go

As everyone else is saying either call your ISP and get a better package or wired.
