In order to get the fullest out of the pro you’ll need a (rather expensive) 4K tv.
If you’re using the VR, yes the pro is worth the extra cost over the regular PS4 because of faster graphs. VR is very disappointing with the normal PS4. I know...
Without 4K tv or the VR set I would stick with the regular PS4 but ultimately it’s your choice.

Doesn’t necessarily have to be. I picked it up for €330 including the V2 camera and one game.
Technically I’m the second owner but it was still sealed in the box, so were the cam and the game.
Look before you shop, why pay full price?
