Yeah.... if you updated it . It's already updated, and you missed your chance if it actually was on a low firmware.

If it is a non-retailed devkit normal PS4 you can actually downgrade/update with the correct firmware link. I doubt you'd have one though. I guess your PS4 is already updated, and can no longer be downgraded. What Firmware is it on right now?
