Bypass game patch forcing system update?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm surprised this one is not talked about more. Is there any way to bypass game updates that force the system to update. For example, Final Fantasy XV 1.02 is forcing the latest update when trying to install it. Psproxy doesn't help. Any ideas, I would prefer not to keep updating the PS4.

Delete game data and cancel the update in downloads after you put the disk back in. The game isn't online anyway...

Just cancel the update. You don't need to install updates when playing offline games.
