Default display to 720p?

I was wondering if there was a way i could set my ps4s default display to 720p as that is the resolution my monitor displays, it can't display 1080p.

Just clears all cache, and removes unwanted things. It's not deleting anything important trust me, it's not like you're reformatting your console because your not. Rebuild Database actually makes your console faster if you think about it .
