Bad to the bone.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright, i reeeaaallly hope someone can help me out with this. Ive been searching everywhere and i really cant find a place that helps me. Ive heard that it could be my harddrive failed i heard it could just be a number of things. Hopefully someone can help me out.

So the other day i decided i was going to get more ram in my computer, so i opened it up to check what ram i currently have in it. I closed it back up, and made sure everything was in correctly, and then i turned it back on. (never put new ram in, didnt get it yet). So i turn it on and it starts to load up and everything all fine and dandy, i open up Mozilla Firefox, boom. done. computer freezes completely. So i turn it off from the button in the front and then i go to turn it back on and i get this thing saying windows is doing a start up repair, ok i let that go for 4 HOURS! NOTHING! just sits there loading. then i turn it off again, turn it back on. windows doesn't start and i get this error

Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.
This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.
If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacturer.

Thats my desktop computer, im on my laptop right now, that computer has A LOT of stuff on it, thats why i really dont want to turn to formatting it. I would appreciate any help to just be able to boot windows with everything still on my harddrive.

Ive looked everywhere and i just dont know how to fix it. Im on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

I can get on my windows 7 cd, i click repair my computer and it just sits there saying searching for windows installations. I would really appreciate some help from anybody, please. Thanks :(

I am having the same problem. It's happened before for no reason. I don't know what shops you got in new Jersey, but at Future shop in canada it's $60 for a repair, and another $40 or something for them to recover everything on your hard drive. Or click You must login or register to view this content.. This might help too.
