I then need to wait for a few hours before turning it back on and once again it just cycles the above.

Any ideas? It's on Windows 7 by the way.

I've tried reconnecting the PC, Re-setting BIOS settings, re-installing OS.

have you downloaded any pirated software, etc lately? i got that on my win7 computer, my graphics card was acting funny (like, little white squares on the top left corner of my screen) , and i booted into the blue screen every 10 min or so. did you download a program called xVAC?
