The best version is an opinion really, they have Photoshop CS4 in beta form out (aka Stonehenge), theres cs3 and cs2. I prefer cs2 but I haven't tried CS2 yet.
Donate for all the photoshop versions!

????? You said you prefer cs2 but never tried a CS2?????? That makes no sense. Just go to limewire and type in photoshop in the programs tab. I have 7.0. If you get it from limewire, try and find one that says (serial included) or something along the lines of that.
