OP: I used Windows for years but decided to get a MacBook. I just prefer everything about it now over a PC. Well, except Xcode (only relevant if you're a programmer as Microsoft has a much much nicer IDE for which to develop programs).
Also the way fonts are rendered on Macs aren't for everyone. Personally, I prefer them a lot more and you adjust really quickly anyway.
There's more emphasis on drag-and-drop usability and less on clicks. And if you master shortcuts, your productivity soars over Windows users.
