it kinda works like a proxy, you can also do that
just go internet settings of browser and but in a proxy u can find alot of them on google

if that does not work try this:
run>cmd>ping [url]www.nextgenupdate.com[/url]
you will see IP addres of this website
its 216.245.214.2
put that in addres bar and your on nextgenupdate
