first of all its easy, though you need to find us an exploit, open cmd, download python, run the exploit on python, open cmd, give som commands, get the admins hash, comvert the admins hash to password and ur done, i know this dosnt sound clear, but i might make a tutorial for it soon, visit my youtube page.
