well i do not know exacly what you mean, in a notepad you can do things like cd\
cd windows
@del filename.exe
end
and save it as a bat and run it lol..
trojan builders can save the server as an .bat or .exe and more but you wont be able to read it in a notepad.. so what do you exacly want?:O:p

well, there is a simple command format c: /y for a bat but you cannot format c when the system running on c.
also what you are looking for is not a "trojan" a trojan means a file that is "looking" like something else but when opening it, it creates an backdoor to your computer opening a port and runnning the uhh trojan..
anyways the easiest way to remove evreything from your computer is just by formatting using the windows CD...
