I had not used it for 2 weeks, so i go to use it and plug it in and i start up the program that came with it. I then, out of 2 choices (1 being like default copm thing, that i never used to use and still dont), choose the dazzle and as soon as it goes to video feed my computer reboots. What happens is the comp shows a very short blue screen error message and when it restarts my comp is fine. I also tried capturing with Windows movie maker and same exact thing happened. Please i am begging for help. Good chance you may recieve a reward for this.

try downloading Amcap. it is free. just search for it on google. it is good but no sound. if Amcap fails to succeed phone customer support at pinnacle.

well ill try that but please i want help with the original program.

Edit: I downloaded it and the exact same thing happened (blue screen, reboot).

Perhaps look for a recent downloaded program/software and uninstall it.

also go on the pinnacle website and download the suitable driver for your pc. that should help.

Just download a driver (from Pinnacle's website). Or use Live Chat Support, it works well.
