**** my Toaster !~!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); For a ripping and decrypting/converting a DVD to a MPEG or something. I got a new laptop and it doesn't play DVDs, so I wanted to use my desktop to rip a bunch of my DVDs to a External HDD and then transfer to the new laptop.

Back in the day I used a program called dvdrip. Google it, I don't know if its still around but it worked great

Well I use a program called DVDFAB, You must login or register to view this content. and haven't had any problems with it, ever.

You could try using HandBrake.
