Specs:
i7 870 8 processors
1tb HDD
6gb ram

GTX 580 or GTX 560 SLI or 6970 in CrossfireX

Btw, i7 870 is quad core, not 8 core.

crossfireis two or more cards rite?
so i need 2 6970s?

Possibly if you want that kind of performance. It does go about $100 over budget if you go with dual 6970's.
