Garry's Mod, but youll need hl2 also....


if im right though hl2 is actually $6,
and gmod is like, $10...


but you can't go wrong with the cult classic half life 2!

hmmmm... the original sim city is pretty amusing :P Not sure how much though, you can get it for A low price if you look a little bit. Also goosebumps attack of the mutant, and goosebumps escape from horror land are some pretty B.A. (Bad @$$) PC games :P
