download a bot like rsbuddy or rsbot. if you want them quote me and there 100% safe.

I don't like 100% on powerbot due to hacking, but RSBuddy because a lot of people I trust moved over there as well as some really well known scripters. I don't use them because RSBots.net is the best IMO, they're paid bots but I can find free auths.

I would be happy to help you level whenever I'm bored Or I could bot for you but then you do run the risk of hacking and banning :S

Good old day's . I Use to love this game man. World of Warcraft is a good game as well.

Get a combat bot and train attack and strength or do it by hand whatever floats your boat
I don't get why you're asking people to help you train your account though...

Train on cows or seagulls till 50 att/str then move onto anything better such as soul wars,rock crabs or even al kharid warriors

As for wasting your membership time... you can't avoid that at your low level I don't understand why you bought members..
